I For the Win sono un accattivante, crudo quintetto di San Diego, California. Il loro EP di debutto, “Break the Ice”, ha catturato l’attenzione della Artery Recordings (Attila, Chelsea Grin), che ha poi pubblicato il primo album sulla lunga distanza della band, “More Than You Know”, nell’ottobre 2014. Dopo essere stati in tour con The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, A Skylit Drive, Being As an Ocean, Capsize, A Loss for Words, No Bragging Rights e Wind in Sails, i For the Win sono pronti a presentare la loro nuova fatica in studio, “Heavy Thoughts”, registrata assieme a Brian Grider (Lower Definition, Fight Fair, Don Vedda).
